Lucien Morin is former County Executive of Monroe County, New York the home of Rochester NY. Formerly full board member of the Monroe County Fair and Recreation Association the owners and managers of the Fair and Expos Center and the home of the Monroe County Fair since 1823. He is now Honorary Board member.
