We buy commercial real estate (multi-family) in stable and emerging markets specializing in western New York's stable market. They provide good cash flows and back end returns to our partners and quality rentals for our communities.
We are looking for partners...and are willing to give you an equity position.
We take a conservative approach. If you are interested in investing, we give our investors the majority of the cash flow and the majority of the equity. We want you to have a lot of incentive to participate in our deals. We only buy in areas where there is a predictable path of progress.
